Mittera was a newly formed company in January 2015, created out of three previously separate business units of the Mittera Group: Catchfire Media, Sundog Studios, and Data & Analytics. With the creation of this new company and brand came a new website. We gave it the full monty, so to speak. User-centered discovery, information architecture, voice and tone, content strategy, UI kit, user flows and a custom-built WordPress theme to power it all.
Below you’ll find design comparisons of the original site (left) we launched in 2015 and version 2.0 (right) that ultimately never saw the light of day when I left to go to Integer. Largely these design adjustments have been arrived at by a few key influencers: analytics tracking KPIs, revisiting user personas, user flow tendencies, modern design trends and the cultural evolution of the fledgling Mittera brand.
